Very nice place to enjoy and relax together with all family members. The beach area is not great, small and not enough sun-beds. Regarding food must be said that the sweets /cakes are average quality, fish dish must be improved. Italian restaurant is very good place for lunch /dinner (part of "all inclusive" ). It is a spot of difference above all. Pasta / pizza/cakes very good quality. Staff members need to improve their English and must learn to SMILE. Over all the 5 * ultra all inclusive must deliver better services than I found here. Enjoy and relax!

Advantages: the hotel is new and luxurious, the location is good and the proximity to the spa and the beach is great, the food was satisfying and varied, the rooms are wow, clean and equipped. Cons: The line for food. Many restrictions (pool towels will only be changed between 17:00 and 19:00). The food outside the dining room is poor and not available at certain times. There is no entertainment team activity for children. It seems that they wanted to create an atmosphere of a serious hotel, too serious for my opinion. The atmosphere is a bit like a scientific conference rather than a vacation.

I was here in the summer of 2017, and this month, I wanted to revisit. I must say, things have changed. I was at least expecting to experience the same thermal water. Unfortunately, the thermal water was not the same. it's more chlorine than it should be. It didn't feel like you dipping into any thermal water. Smokers are everywhere, ruining the relaxation for those who want to enjoy peace and smoke free environment. We ordered light lunch at the restaurant, and it took a while. Thought the wait would've made it worth the while but disappointing with the food. If you buy a full day ticket, the parking is free. You just need to hand keep your full day ticket and the parking ticket, which gets scanned for you when you are leaving. Overall, I'm a little bit disappointed.

Amazing hotel 🏨 and Amazing place. The reception is breath taking. The gardens and pool are beautiful and so relaxing. Hotel is clean, modern and well located. Everything you need is around. Own Parking, Amazing restaurants and exceptional service Quality place to be and feel treated. I recommend 👌 👏 👍

The location and the rooms are to standards, but everything else is disappointing! The staff has a not ok attitude, some of them were even rude and didn't speak English! The ultra all-inclusive is not "present" at all...the beach bar offers you only beer, coffee, and juices and closes much earlier! The restaurant was very crowded and the food wasn't at 5 stars standard! In my opinion it doesn't deserve 5 stars!

Very nice hotel. Refurbished, nice modern rooms. Excellent food and nice swimming pools. There is a small distance to the beach. The waiters are absolutely horrible. I gave 2 stars for the cleaning lady because she was really nice otherwise I would give 0 stars.
